Those Good Days...

Don't you just LOVE those days where everything is just great? We don't have "those kinda days" too often. I had one today though...:)~

First, I got my driver's permit! I was so stoked that I passed the test! Look out world, here comes Raven!

As if that wasn't exciting enough for a 16 year old, I came home to some more good news. I found out that I was picked for KAMP KMOD! KAMP KMOD is summer program that KMOD is having for high school and college students. I am so excited to be on the radio, my favorite radio station at that.

I will talk (write?) about KAMP KMOD later...so stay tuned...

Sealed with a kiss...

~Raven ;)~

Raven, I am so proud and happy for you! It sounds like you had an awesome 16th birthday. Awhh yes, the good old days, when I still had a waisteline and some estrigine! What is really cool about that is your mom and I shared alot of those good old days, even one when it's very possible that we was listening to Motley Crue, riding in your mom's car and smoke started boiling out of the radio and dash!! Yep, her car was on fire, and I am pretty sure one of our biggest concerns was getting the tape out before it burnt too!!! Motley Crue was VERY big those days, almost as big as our hair!! But sweetie you have a ton of good old days yet to come, so this is the best advice i can give you. Grab every opportunity that you are given with both hands and never be afraid to stand up for your beliefs or speak up for recognition!! I cannot wait to hear all about the camp!!

I'm glad to hear how many good things you've got going on right now, girl! The summer camp sounds like lots of fun, and being old enough to drive is such an exciting time. Enjoy yourself!
