~Coffee~

For the past few weeks, I have had a HUGE obsession with coffee. I have drank anything from Mochas (which I have a recipe for…just keep reading…) to coffee with cream and sugar to lattes to espresso shot, pretty much anything I can get my hands on! Most of the time I get my coffee fixes from McDonalds, gas stations, at home (made by my mom:) and any other location I can get it at! Well, before I ramble on anymore about how much I love coffee, here is the recipe for my Iced Mocha…

~Ingredients~

Ice

Coffee

Ready Whip Cream

Hot fudge

Milk

~Instructions~

1. Fill your glass ¾ of the way with ice
2. Put hot fudge in microwave until melted. Now pour it over your ice.
3. Pour Coffee over hot fudge and ice.
4. Add milk.
5. Now (with spoon) mix coffee, hot fudge and milk until blended. Your Mocha should be a dark brown color, If not you should add more hot fudge.
6. Add whip cream and enjoy!

My New Love Starts with an L and ends with a G...

I am in love. There, I said it. I have never felt this way before, so it must be love. Who you may ask? Who is this wonderful person that has made me go head-over heels…well, it’s not really “Who”, more of “What” has made me go oh so gaw-gaw. I will give you four hints:

It’s pearly white
It has a keypad
It’s a MP3 Player
You can talk to people on it…

Okay, unless you are really stupid, I’m sure you know I’m talking about a Cell Phone. Yes, I got an early Christmas gift yesterday, courtesy of my parents. I use to a Kyocera Flip phone, my new phone is a LG 1x Multimedia Messaging Phone. This wonderful phone includes the following features (besides the ones I already told you):

1.3 Megapixle Camera
A voice recorder
A video recorder
Bluetooth

I could go on all day…so I’d better stop!

Is Producer Mutt Lang Ruining Nickelback?

If you know anything about Canadian rock/post grunge band Nickelback, then I’m sure you have heard about their brand new album Dark Horse. Well then, if you have heard about Dark Horse, I’m sure you know all about big-time music Producer Mutt Lang producing the album. Over the years, Mutt Lang has produced AC/DC’s hit album Back in Black and the legendary Led Zeppelin. Not to mention his ex-wife Shanna Twain. But let me tell you, I am not trying to put Mutt Lang in good light…after all, he is ruining (at least trying to) Nickelback. Okay, so maybe I’m being a little too dramatic. I highly doubt Mutt Lang is doing it intentionally…though I started reconsidering it after watching Nickelback’s first video from Dark Horse. In less you have lived under a rock for the past month or so, then I am sure that you have heard the song Gotta Be Somebody from Nickelback. I don’t think the song sounds anything like them. The music video for the song is nothing like them either. Most of Nickelback’s music videos tell a story of some sort, but their new one has no story line whatsoever. If you ask me, I think it’s strange that all of these big changes started happening right when Mutt Lang began producing them. I just hope Nickelback doesn’t go under because of Mutt…

Saint's of Los Angeles: Not Mötley Crüe’s Best Work

I recently bought Mötley Crüe’s newest album “Saint’s of Los Angeles”. I was rather disappointed with the purchase I had just made. Now, before I go any further, let me just say that I’m a massive Mötley Crüe fan and I don’t mean anything against them…it’s just that I don’t think this was the Crüe’s best work. Maybe I was expecting “Saint’s of Los Angeles” to be like Mötley Crüe’s 1989 album “Dr. Feelgood”, where almost every song hit it right on. Nikki Sixx (Bassist in Mötley Crüe) had said that “Saint’s of Los Angeles” was somewhat based on the bands biography, “The Dirt”. But mind you, I’m not dissing the whole entire CD, it does have a few rocking tracks such as “MF of the Year”, “Saints of Los Angeles” and “Face Down in the Dirt”. My bottom line is: I’m not telling you that you shouldn't go out and buy this album…but I’m not telling you that you should either.
